Secrets of Deara
Book 3 of Thaumatropic Roots
A dragon's egg. A failing shield. A war that will decide the fate of the seas.
The time for hiding is over. Elliah, the magicless elf born of prophecy, sails toward danger with allies old and new—each carrying secrets as deadly as the dragons they face. As they learn to navigate their destinies, betrayal strikes from within, threatening to shatter fragile alliances.
In the depths of the Abyss, where ancient powers once shaped the world, the stakes climb higher than ever. To stop the Peacekeepers from seizing control of the oceans, this unlikely band must risk everything on a mission born of desperation: steal a dragon’s egg and harness a magic older than memory.
But some truths are buried for a reason. And when dragons stir, will the world drown in tides of flame and fury?
Secrets of Deara is the tempest-wrought third volume in the Thaumatropic Roots epic fantasy series. Waves rise. Loyalties fall. Stand firm—or be swept away.
